Having sourced and secured commercial offices to convert into apartments in Hampshire, we agreed to joint venture with Ian Dougall. Ian helped to fund the project as well as managing the complete conversion from design and tendering, through to the final sales of the units. The project was successful and over-delivered on expected returns.

Ian was meticulous when dealing with any issues and took charge of the project from initial purchase through to snagging, sale and warranty period of all four flats. Having gained experience and confidence from joint venturing with Ian, I have gone on to purchase my own land and am currently going through planning to build two new houses. I found Ian to have a sound business mind and would be happy to join him in another venture in the not too distant future.

Ian Dougall is a very honest and nice ex-army guy with morals and principles. This is the third project I have been involved in with Ian, but this time I was a JV partner. I hope that there are many more to come in the future.

The agreement was to provide mezzanine finance for a property development project. I would loan to Ian again. He has been open, honest and approachable from the start and clearly has considerable experience in property, which is reassuring!
